Massage a generous amount over wet skin in a circular motion starting at the feet and working your way up the entire body to the heart (and don't forget the hands), rinse and towel dry. We source all of our ingredients from Fair Trade sources only, cruelty-free sources only, and from companies that have certified organic ingredients and understand the importance of non-toxic, organic, quality ingredients.

We do not recommend this. Loofahs and/or gloves can harbor bacteria and contaminants. We want your experience to be as clean as possible. The scrub and your hand are all you need, as its anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, and the best natural exfoliator around!

We do not recommend this. The skin on your face is much more sensitive and delicate than the skin on your body. Our scrubs are made with fine grain salt designed to be gentle and healing for the skin, but more than likely too abrasive for a facial application.

Our story began in 2018 in a place that I never thought I would be, fighting for my life in the ICU.  I suffered life threatening complications from Grave’s Disease, an Autoimmune Disease, and my life hasn’t been the same since.  Out of the experience grew an immense passion for healing and health, and I became a Holistic Health Practitioner and an Autoimmune Certified Coach so I could help others avoid what I had been through.
